Best LEGO Black Friday Deals 2026

LEGO Black Friday deals checked against what each set really sells for at Amazon: Harry Potter, Star Wars, Super Mario, Botanicals and sets for kids.

By Ed HollinghurstUpdated October 26, 2026

LEGO is one of the few toys where Black Friday matters as much to adult buyers as to parents, and this year carries a deadline: Hogwarts Castle and Grounds and Rivendell are both scheduled to retire at the end of 2026. Amazon already sells most of the sets below for about 20 percent under LEGO's list price, and the Classic brick box for more than 40 percent under.

We checked every price against what each set has actually sold for at Amazon over the past 90 days and the past year, not against the list price. Each Pick says plainly whether the current price is a real discount.

Our picks

#1Best overall

LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle and Grounds (76419)

by LEGO

$136.99$169.9919% off
View on Amazon

Hogwarts Castle and Grounds takes the top spot because it suits the widest range of buyers on this page. Brick Fanatics found it covers more of the school than any earlier set, Brickset singled out the hidden chambers underneath, and BrickPicker's review aggregate rates it "Highly Recommended". It is a display model, so buy it for an older teen or adult fan who wants to build and admire it, not for a younger child who wants to act out scenes.

At Amazon it has sold for about $137 for the past three months, roughly $33 under list, and its lowest price in the past year was only a dollar less. That is a fair price, not a Black Friday markdown yet. Brickfact lists it as retiring in December 2026, so this is likely the last holiday season to buy it new at Amazon's usual price.

Pros

  • Covers more of the school and grounds than any earlier Hogwarts set
  • Hidden chambers below the castle reward a close look
  • Strong reviews from Brickset and BrickPicker's aggregate

Cons

  • A display model with little to play with
  • Too involved for younger Harry Potter fans

#2

LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon 25th Anniversary (75375)

by LEGO

$67.99$84.9920% off
View on Amazon

The 25th anniversary Falcon is the Star Wars set we would buy for most fans. Brickset was most impressed by it as a display piece, and reviewers agree LEGO got the saucer shape right at a size that fits on a bookshelf. What you give up compared with the giant collector Falcon is everything inside: there is no interior and there are no minifigures, and Brickset noted gaps around the cockpit.

It sells for about $17 under list at Amazon, which is where it has sat for the past 90 days and within a few cents of its lowest price in the past year. If you want a Star Wars set to play with rather than display, this is the wrong one; it is built for the shelf.

Pros

  • Accurate saucer shape at bookshelf size
  • Sturdy enough to handle and reposition
  • Display stand included

Cons

  • No interior and no minifigures
  • Visible gaps around the cockpit

#3

LEGO Super Mario Game Boy (72046)

by LEGO

$59.95$59.990% off
View on Amazon

For adults who grew up with a Nintendo handheld, the Game Boy is the obvious gift. Brick Fanatics rates it among the best Nintendo sets LEGO has made and a good first 18+ build, and Brickset liked the buttons and the fact that most details are printed rather than stickered. At 421 pieces it is an evening or two of building, not a weekend project.

Do not expect a discount here. Amazon sells it four cents under list, and it has not been any cheaper there in the past year. Buy it if it is the gift you want, and skip it if you are hunting for a markdown.

Pros

  • Close recreation of the original handheld
  • Buttons you can actually press
  • Most details printed rather than stickered

Cons

  • No lights or sounds
  • Some gray tiles off-shade in review copies
  • Sideways building steps can confuse newcomers

#4Best budget

LEGO City Holiday Adventure Camper Van (60454)

by LEGO

$23.99$29.9920% off
View on Amazon

Our budget pick is the set we would hand a 6 or 7 year old who is new to LEGO. Brickreport named it the best set for kids in its 2026 gift guide and found that young builders can finish it without help, which matters more at this age than piece count. Despite the name, it is a vacation set, not a Christmas one, and the minifigures and accessories give kids a road trip to play out once the van is built.

Older kids may get through its 385 pieces in a single sitting, so for kids 8 and up the Classic box (more to build with) or Stitch (a longer build, rated 9+) is a better use of the money. At about $24 it is $6 under list, which is its normal Amazon price over the past three months and within a few cents of its lowest of the past year.

Pros

  • Simple enough for a 6 year old to build alone
  • Minifigures and accessories for play after the build
  • Strong owner ratings on Amazon

Cons

  • A short build for kids 8 and older

#5

LEGO Classic Large Creative Brick Box (10698)

by LEGO

$33.49$59.9944% off
View on Amazon

The Large Creative Brick Box is the open-ended pick: 790 pieces in a tub with a lid, no single model to build, and enough wheels, windows and doors for kids 4 and up to invent their own vehicles and houses. It is one of the most-reviewed LEGO sets on Amazon and turns up in nearly every LEGO deals roundup we read.

The common complaint from parents is the mix. There are lots of small specialty pieces and fewer big basic bricks than they expect, so it works best for a child who likes making things up or as an addition to an existing pile. It shows the biggest gap between list price and real price on this page, about 44 percent, but that is its everyday Amazon price rather than a sale. Last December it sold for about $2 less.

Pros

  • 790 pieces for free building
  • Storage tub with a lid
  • Wheels, windows and doors for inventing vehicles and houses

Cons

  • Fewer large basic bricks than many parents expect
  • No main model to build toward

#6

LEGO Botanicals Orchid (10311)

by LEGO

$39.98$49.9920% off
View on Amazon

The Orchid is the set for adults who would never call themselves LEGO fans. Built from 608 pieces, it passes for a real potted orchid from across the room, and Brick Fanatics called it possibly the best-looking Botanicals set to date, with clever techniques in the flowers. It is a decoration first, which means it gathers dust and the stems need adjusting after you move it.

Amazon sells it for about $10 under list, which has been its usual price for the past 90 days and within pennies of its lowest of the past year. BrickEconomy projects it will retire in late 2026, so it may be harder to find at this price next year.

Pros

  • Convincing potted orchid from a few feet away
  • Inventive building techniques in the flowers
  • No watering, no wilting

Cons

  • Collects dust on open shelves
  • Stems need re-posing after you move it

#7

LEGO Disney Stitch (43249)

by LEGO

$51.95$64.9920% off
View on Amazon

Stitch is our pick for kids 9 and up, and for adult Disney fans who want a display figure without an 18+ project. Brick Fanatics and Brickset both found it captures the character well, and BrickPicker's aggregate rates it "Recommended". He comes with an ice cream cone, plus a shirt and hat that Brickset thought looked better left off.

Brick Fanatics' advice was to wait for a discount, because it is pricey for its size at list. Amazon's price is about $13 under list, the lowest it has sold for in the past year, but it has also been the typical price for the past three months, so there is no extra Black Friday cut yet. If your child would rather build something to play with, the Camper Van costs half as much.

Pros

  • Strong likeness of the character
  • Rated for ages 9+, so not a parent-only build
  • Comes with an ice cream cone accessory

Cons

  • Expensive for its size at list price
  • Shirt and hat accessories divide reviewers

#8

LEGO DUPLO Classic Brick Box (10913)

by LEGO

$23.95$29.9920% off
View on Amazon

For children from 18 months to about 4, DUPLO's large bricks are the right starting point, and this box is the simplest way in: 65 bricks in a box that doubles as storage. NBC Select picked it for free-form building, and it has more than 12,000 owner ratings on Amazon averaging close to five stars. Every later DUPLO set works with it, so it is a sensible base to build on.

Parents do say 65 pieces does not go far and the box is smaller than they pictured, so plan on a second box or an add-on set if your toddler takes to it. It sells for about $6 under list, its usual Amazon price, and it has not been cheaper in the past year.

Pros

  • Large bricks sized for small hands
  • Box doubles as storage
  • Works with any later DUPLO set

Cons

  • 65 pieces does not go far
  • Box is smaller than some parents expect

#9Best premium

LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell (10316)

by LEGO

Rivendell is our premium pick even at full price. Brick Fanatics called it the peak of what LEGO display models can be and judged the price fair for 6,167 pieces and 15 minifigures. Brickset was nearly as positive, though it found Arwen's head a letdown. It takes up a lot of shelf, so measure before you buy.

Amazon is selling it at full price, about $500, and it has not been more than a few cents cheaper there all year, so this is not a deal. LEGO already extended its run once and now plans to retire it by December 31, 2026, according to Brick Fanatics, which makes this holiday season the likely last chance to buy it new without paying a reseller's markup.

Pros

  • Detailed recreation of the Council of Elrond setting
  • 15 minifigures, including the full Fellowship
  • Fair value for its size, according to Brick Fanatics

Cons

  • A display piece that needs a lot of shelf
  • Arwen's head disappoints, and a few figures are hard to seat

How to choose LEGO sets this Black Friday

Read the age on the box as a guide to the build, not the buyer. On this page, the DUPLO box starts at 18 months, the Classic box at 4, the Camper Van at 6 and Stitch at 9. An 18+ label means the instructions are aimed at adults; a patient preteen can manage the Game Boy or the Falcon with help, but Rivendell is a long project for anyone.

Decide between a display set and a play set. Hogwarts, the Falcon and the Orchid are built once and shelved. If the recipient will want to take it apart and play, the Camper Van or the Classic box will get more use.

Ignore the list price. LEGO's list price is rarely what Amazon charges. Most sets on this page sell for about 20 percent under list on an ordinary day, and the Classic box for more than 40 percent under. We compare each price with what the set sold for over the past 90 days, which is the number that tells you whether a discount is real.

Check who is selling it. Popular sets sometimes drop out of Amazon's own stock and are left to third-party sellers charging more than list. Look for "Ships from and sold by Amazon" on the listing before you buy. We left two well-reviewed sets off this page for exactly that reason.

Buy retiring sets before the new year. Hogwarts Castle and Grounds and Rivendell are both due to retire at the end of 2026, and the Natural History Museum, also on this year's retirement list, is already sold only by third-party sellers on Amazon at well above its list price. Amazon has in past years extended returns on holiday orders to January 31, so buying early carries little risk.

LEGO Black Friday FAQ

When do LEGO Black Friday deals start in 2026?

LEGO's own sale runs over Thanksgiving week: LEGO Insiders Weekend is November 21 and 22, and LEGO.com's Black Friday event runs November 27 to 30, according to Brickfact's guide to this year's sale. Amazon and other retailers usually start cutting LEGO prices earlier in November.

Is Amazon or LEGO.com cheaper for LEGO on Black Friday?

Amazon is usually cheaper on the price of a single set. LEGO.com rarely cuts its own prices as deeply, but it adds gifts with purchase and LEGO Insiders points during its sale, which can make it the better deal on a large order. Compare the total, including any free gift you actually want.

Are LEGO sets cheaper on Black Friday than on Prime Day?

Not on the sets we checked. In late October, every set on this page sold at Amazon within $2 of its lowest price of the past 12 months, a period that covers last year's Black Friday and this year's Prime Day events.

Which LEGO sets are retiring at the end of 2026?

Hogwarts Castle and Grounds (76419), Rivendell (10316), the Natural History Museum (10326) and the large Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon (75192) are all scheduled to retire at the end of 2026, according to Brickfact, Brick Fanatics and Brickreport. BrickEconomy also projects that the Botanicals Orchid will retire late this year. LEGO does not confirm retirement dates far in advance, so treat these as strong signals rather than guarantees.

Which LEGO set is right for my child's age?

Follow the age range on the box. DUPLO is designed for toddlers from 18 months, and on this page the Classic box is rated 4+, the City Camper Van 6+ and Stitch 9+. Within a range, a child who has built before can handle a larger set than a beginner.

Can kids build the 18+ LEGO sets?

Some of them, with help. The 18+ label means the set is designed for adults to build and display, not that it is unsafe. A patient preteen can manage the Game Boy or the 25th anniversary Millennium Falcon with an adult nearby, but Rivendell and Hogwarts Castle and Grounds are long projects even for adults.

How we chose these lego deals

Every deal on this page was selected and checked by Ed Hollinghurst. We start from products with a strong track record in independent reviews and owner feedback, then compare the current Black Friday price against the product's typical selling price over the past months, not just the inflated list price. A deal only makes the cut if the product is genuinely good and the discount is real.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon.com at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product.
