Robot vacuum prices move a lot in the fall. The Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni, which empties its bin and washes and dries its own mop, is about $550 as we write, against roughly $735 over the past three months. The Shark AI Ultra is close to $200 below its usual price.
We checked every price below against what the robot actually sold for on Amazon over the past 90 days and the past year, not against the list price. Three of our eight picks, including our top pick, are not discounted against their recent prices right now, and we say so in each one.
Our picks at a glance
8 deals1.TechRadar ranks its mop among the best it has tested, and the dock empties, washes and dries itself. At full price for now.
2.The cheapest robot we would buy: LiDAR mapping, strong carpet suction and a self-emptying dock, now a little under its usual price.
3.A full self-cleaning dock and roller mop for far less than most rivals, and close to $190 under what it usually sells for.
4.Hot-water mop washing and anti-tangle brushes for mixed floors and long hair, at its lowest price of the past year from a third-party seller.
5.For people who only want vacuuming: LiDAR mapping and a bagless self-empty base, about $200 under its usual price.
6.Excellent carpet and pet hair pickup for a low price, with a brush that resists tangles. Near its usual price right now.
7.Tom's Guide's best robot vacuum of the year, with top carpet, pet hair and mopping results. Modestly under its usual price.
8.Last year's flagship, 3.14 in tall for low furniture and top-rated at dodging clutter. Overpriced right now, so hold off.
Our picks
#1Best overall
Eufy E25 Robot Vacuum and Mop
by Eufy
The E25 earns the top spot because it does the two hard jobs well. TechRadar rated its roller mop among the best it has tested, and the dock handles the chores most people forget: it empties the bin, rinses the roller and dries it with heat so nothing sours. Hair did not wrap around the brush in Homes & Gardens' testing, which matters in homes with long hair or pets.
Expect to clear the floor for the first mapping run, and do not count on it for a spilled glass of juice. On price, it is at its full $1,000 right now, and it has typically sold for about $945 over the past three months. It sold for about $600 last December, so we would watch it rather than buy it today. If you want a full dock for less right now, see the Ecovacs below.
Pros
- +Roller mop that TechRadar ranks among the best it has tested
- +Dock empties the bin, washes the roller and dries it with heat
- +Hair did not wrap around the brush in Homes & Gardens' testing
- +About 110 minutes of vacuuming and mopping per charge in Vacuum Wars' test
Cons
- −First mapping run is fussy and needs clear floors
- −Struggles to clean up large spills
- Suction
- 20,000 Pa
- Mop
- Roller
- Dock
- Self-empty, mop wash, heated drying

#2Best budget
Roborock Q7 M5+
by Roborock
The Q7 M5+ is the least we would spend on a robot vacuum. You get LiDAR mapping, which means it cleans in tidy rows and learns your rooms, plus a dock that holds roughly two months of debris before you empty it. Carpet was its strongest surface in Vacuum Wars' testing, and T3's review of the closely related Q7 M5 judged it a good fit for smaller homes.
It has no camera, so pick up cords and socks before it runs, and treat the fixed mop pad as a light wipe; Vacuum Wars and T3 both found the mop leaves floors too wet. At about $250 it is around $30 under what it has typically sold for this fall, and within $30 of its lowest price of the past year. If carpet and pet hair are your main concerns, the Dreame D20 Plus below is the alternative.
Pros
- +LiDAR mapping and reliable navigation at a budget price
- +Carpet was its strongest surface in Vacuum Wars' testing
- +Dock holds up to about two months of debris
Cons
- −No camera, so cords and socks can trip it up
- −Mop leaves floors too wet
- −Weak edge cleaning
- −App can be glitchy
- Suction
- 10,000 Pa
- Mop
- Pad
- Dock
- Self-empty

#3
Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni
by Ecovacs
This is the best price on a full-service robot right now. The T90 Pro Omni has a roller mop and a dock that empties, washes and dries, the same chores the Eufy E25 handles, and Vacuum Wars names it its Best Value pick. It was strong on pet hair and dodged obstacles reliably in that testing, and Notebookcheck compared its mopping with older flagships.
The small onboard bin means more trips back to the dock in big or furry homes, and it is new enough that nobody has long-term reliability data yet. At about $550 it is close to $190 below its typical price over the past three months, though it did reach $499 around October's Prime Big Deal Days.
Pros
- +Roller mop that Notebookcheck compares with older flagships
- +Strong on pet hair in Vacuum Wars' testing
- +Reliable obstacle avoidance
- +Dock empties, washes and dries without help
Cons
- −Small onboard bin means more trips to the dock
- −Mopping is good but not class-leading
- −App's chatbot is little help
- −Too new for long-term reliability data
- Suction
- 30,000 Pa
- Mop
- Roller
- Dock
- Self-empty, mop wash and dry

#4
Roborock Qrevo CurvX
by Roborock
The CurvX suits homes with a mix of hard floors and rugs, especially homes with long hair. Its twin anti-tangle brushes keep hair from wrapping, the dock washes the mop pads in hot water, and Android Authority's reviewer liked how thin it is. Owners also like the Roborock app.
Skip it if you have a very large home, since it can stop to recharge mid-clean. Some owners also report early faults and slow warranty support. At about $750 it matches its lowest price of the past year and sits about $230 under its usual price. Amazon is not selling it directly right now, so the price comes from a third-party seller; check the seller name and its return terms before you buy.
Pros
- +Dual anti-tangle brushes for long hair
- +Dock washes the mop pads with hot water and dries them
- +Slim body and an app owners like
Cons
- −Some owners report early failures and slow warranty support
- −May need to recharge mid-clean in large homes
- Suction
- 22,000 Pa
- Mop
- Dual spinning pads
- Dock
- Self-empty, hot-water mop wash and dry

Shark AI Ultra AV2501S
by Shark
Not everyone wants a mop, a water tank and a dock to rinse. The AI Ultra only vacuums, and that keeps it simple: LiDAR mapping, a bagless base with a HEPA filter that holds about a month of debris, and quiet running in RTINGS' testing. It is the robot we would buy for a home that is mostly hard floor and low-pile rugs.
Pet owners with thick carpet should look at the Dreame D20 Plus instead, because RTINGS found the Shark weak on embedded pet hair and long hair tends to wrap its brushroll. At about $280 it is roughly $200 under its typical price over the past three months, though it was about $40 cheaper in September.
Pros
- +LiDAR mapping
- +Bagless base with a HEPA filter holds about 30 days of debris
- +Quiet in RTINGS' testing
- +No mop parts to clean
Cons
- −No mop
- −Long hair wraps around the brushroll
- −Weak on pet hair in carpet in RTINGS' testing
- −Sometimes fails to find its dock
- Suction
- Not published
- Mop
- None
- Dock
- Bagless self-empty

#6
Dreame D20 Plus
by Dreame
The D20 Plus is the pick for carpet and pets on a budget. In Vacuum Wars' testing it picked up 93% of debris ground into carpet and 91% of flattened pet hair, and its DuoBrush came through the long-hair test without tangles. Mapping is accurate, and the dock holds a 5-liter bag.
The mop is basic and it has no dedicated obstacle avoidance, so it suits people who vacuum more than they mop. Price-wise, about $310 is a little above what it has typically sold for over the past three months, so this is not a deal yet; ignore the list price on the card. It sold for about $260 in March. Compare it with the Q7 M5+ above, which is cheaper today.
Pros
- +Picked up 93% of embedded carpet debris in Vacuum Wars' test
- +Lifted 91% of flattened pet hair in the same test
- +DuoBrush did not tangle on long hair
- +Accurate mapping
Cons
- −Basic mop
- −No dedicated obstacle avoidance
- −Dock uses bags, an ongoing cost
- Suction
- 13,000 Pa
- Mop
- Pad
- Dock
- Bagged self-empty, 5 L

The X60 Max Ultra Complete is Tom's Guide's best robot vacuum of the year, and Vacuum Wars' numbers back that up: 89% on its deep carpet test, every bit of flattened pet hair, and 22 of 24 obstacles avoided. Its mop pads lift out of the way on carpet, the dock washes them, and it can climb thresholds up to 3.47 inches, which helps in older homes.
Android Authority found the mop pads popping off too often and the water tank emptying fast, and the app takes some learning. At about $1,530 it is roughly $90 under its usual price over the past three months, a modest cut; it was closer to $1,345 in June. Buy it if you want the strongest all-around results and do not mind paying for them.
Pros
- +Lifted 100% of flattened pet hair in Vacuum Wars' test
- +Avoided 22 of 24 obstacles in the same testing
- +Climbs thresholds up to 3.47 in
- +Lifts its mops on carpet, and the dock washes them
Cons
- −Mop pads can pop off mid-clean
- −Uses water quickly
- −Cluttered app
- −Large dock
- Suction
- 35,000 Pa
- Mop
- Dual spinning pads
- Dock
- Self-empty, mop wash

#8
Roborock Saros 10R
by Roborock
The Saros 10R is last year's Roborock flagship, since replaced by the Saros 20, and it still has two talents few robots match. At 3.14 inches tall it fits under low sofas and beds, and its obstacle avoidance won an award at Vacuum Wars. Tom's Guide used it for four months and rated it top for pet hair and cat litter, and TechRadar called it close to ideal for cluttered homes.
It is loud and the dock is large. The bigger problem today is price: Amazon is not selling it, and the only new offer is from a third-party seller at about $1,600, more than $500 above what it typically sold for over the past three months. It was about $900 in June. We would not buy it at this price; it earns its place only if it returns near its usual level.
Pros
- +3.14 in tall, so it fits under low sofas and beds
- +Won Vacuum Wars' obstacle avoidance award
- +Tom's Guide rated it top on pet hair and cat litter over four months
- +Can leave its mop pads at the dock for vacuum-only runs
Cons
- −Loud, according to Gizmodo
- −Bulky dock
- −Some cable colors confuse its obstacle avoidance
- Suction
- 22,000 Pa
- Mop
- Dual spinning pads
- Dock
- Self-empty, mop wash and dry

How to choose a robot vacuum this Black Friday
Decide whether you will actually mop. If you will, a dock that washes and dries the mop (Eufy E25, Ecovacs T90 Pro Omni, Roborock Qrevo CurvX) is worth the extra cost. If not, a vacuum-only robot like the Shark AI Ultra is cheaper and easier to live with.
Look at brushes before suction numbers. Past about 10,000 Pa, the rating tells you little. For pets and long hair, anti-tangle brush design does more: the 13,000 Pa Dreame D20 Plus posted some of the best carpet and pet hair results on this page.
Measure under your furniture. The LiDAR turret on top of most robots makes them too tall for low sofas and beds. If yours sit low, check the gap; at 3.14 inches, the Saros 10R is built to fit under them.
Ignore the list price and check the seller. List prices are set high to make discounts look large. We compare against what each robot sold for over the past 90 days, which is how we know the Q7 M5+ is a fair buy today and the Saros 10R is not. When Amazon is not the seller, as with the CurvX and Saros 10R right now, check who is selling and what return window they offer before you buy.
How we chose these robot vacuum deals
Every deal on this page was selected and checked by Ed Hollinghurst. We start from products with a strong track record in independent reviews and owner feedback, then compare the current Black Friday price against the product's typical selling price over the past months, not just the inflated list price. A deal only makes the cut if the product is genuinely good and the discount is real.
