Best DeWalt Black Friday Deals 2026

DeWalt Black Friday deals on 20V MAX kits, bare tools, batteries, a socket set and the DWS780 miter saw, each checked against its recent Amazon selling price.

By Ed HollinghurstUpdated October 29, 2026

A month before Black Friday, several DeWalt tools on Amazon already sell well under their recent prices. The DCK240C2 drill and impact driver kit is about $30 under its 90-day average and within $5 of its lowest price of the past year, and the DWS780 miter saw is roughly $180 under its recent average.

We checked every price against what each tool sold for on Amazon over the past 90 days and its lowest price of the past year, not the list price. Where a Pick is not discounted, it says so. Every Offer here was sold by Amazon itself when we checked.

DEWALT 20V MAX DCK240C2 Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit

by DEWALT

$129$23946% off
View on Amazon

The DCK240C2 is the DeWalt we would hand to someone who owns no cordless tools. It appears in every major DeWalt deals roundup we read, and This Old House named it its best drill kit, praising how light and compact it is. The pairing covers most home work: the drill for holes, the impact driver for long screws and lag bolts.

Skip it if you build decks or drive fasteners all day. The motors are brushed and the 1.3Ah batteries run down quickly, so heavier users should add the DCB205-2 packs below or step up to brushless tools.

At $129 it is about $30 under its 90-day average and only $5 above its July low. Bob Vila also called $129 the season low last year, so this is a fair price to buy at.

Pros

  • Drill and impact driver cover most home jobs
  • Two batteries, charger and bag included
  • Light, compact impact driver
  • Fits the whole 20V MAX battery lineup

Cons

  • 1.3Ah batteries run down on longer jobs
  • Brushed motors
  • Touchy trigger and no battery fuel gauge
  • Drill is long for tight spaces
Type
Drill and impact driver kit
Power
20V MAX battery

Two 1.3Ah, plus charger

#2

DEWALT 20V MAX XR DCF845B Brushless Impact Driver (Tool Only)

by DEWALT

Many readers searching for DeWalt deals already own 20V MAX batteries, and this is the bare tool we would add first. Pro Tool Reviews scored the DCF845 9.3 out of 10 and found it beat the older DCF887 in all three of its tests while being shorter and lighter. The three speed settings let you back off for small screws and go full power for lag bolts.

If you have no batteries, the DCK240C2 kit above is the better buy, since this box contains only the tool.

This one is not a deal yet. At $129 it costs a few dollars more than its 90-day average, and it fell to $110 in early December last year. We would wait for Black Friday week and look for a price closer to that.

Pros

  • Brushless motor with three speed settings
  • Beat the older DCF887 in Pro Tool Reviews testing
  • Shorter and lighter than the DCF887
  • Built-in LED for dark corners

Cons

  • No battery or charger in the box

#3

DEWALT 20V MAX DCS391B 6-1/2 in. Circular Saw (Tool Only)

by DEWALT

$99$15938% off
View on Amazon

The DCS391B is the first saw most DeWalt owners buy, and it led Field & Stream's 2026 DeWalt deals list. Pro Tool Reviews found its crosscuts fast and smooth with the blade it ships with, and This Old House praised how square it cuts. It handles plywood, 2x4s and deck boards without a cord.

Its weak point is runtime. The motor is brushed, and full-depth rips through thick lumber drain a small battery fast, so pair it with a 5Ah pack rather than the 1.3Ah batteries in the starter kit.

At $99 it is about $27 under its 90-day average. It dipped to $90 in early October, so it is close to its lowest price of the past year.

Pros

  • Fast, clean crosscuts with the stock blade
  • Square cuts out of the box
  • Comfortable grip and balance
  • Uses the batteries you already own

Cons

  • Drains small batteries on full-depth rips
  • Brushed motor
  • Battery and charger sold separately

#4

DEWALT 20V MAX XR DCB205-2 5.0Ah Battery 2-Pack

by DEWALT

$149$23938% off
View on Amazon

Batteries are the add-on every DeWalt owner ends up needing, and two 5Ah packs fix the main weakness of the starter kits. Each pack has a three-light fuel gauge, and they run every 20V MAX tool on this page, from the impact driver to the 10-tool kit's vac.

There is no charger in the box, so this is for people who already have one. Counterfeit DeWalt batteries are a known problem on marketplaces, and owner reports of fakes cluster around third-party sellers. This listing was sold by Amazon when we checked, and an Amazon-sold listing is the one to buy.

At $149 the pair is about $70 under its 90-day average and within $6 of its lowest price of the past year, set last December. Of everything here, this is the deal we would act on soonest.

Pros

  • Fits every DeWalt 20V MAX tool
  • Three-light fuel gauge on each pack
  • Enough capacity for saws and long jobs

Cons

  • No charger included
  • Counterfeits circulate through marketplace sellers
  • Some owners report early failures

DEWALT 20V MAX DCS380B Reciprocating Saw (Tool Only)

by DEWALT

$99$15938% off
View on Amazon

The DCS380B is the saw for demolition, cutting out old plumbing and pruning branches. Pro Tool Reviews rated it the lightest and most compact saw in its comparison and found it strong in pipe and rebar, which suits remodelers and homeowners tackling one messy project.

It has trade-offs. The same test measured more vibration than any rival, and without orbital action it cuts wood more slowly. If most of your cutting is lumber, the DCS391B circular saw above is the better first saw.

At $99 it matches its lowest price of the past year and sits about $10 under its 90-day average. That is a small cut in dollars, but it is the floor for this saw.

Pros

  • Compact and light for its class
  • Strong on pipe and rebar
  • Variable-speed trigger for starting cuts slowly

Cons

  • Heavy vibration in Pro Tool Reviews testing
  • Slower in wood, with no orbital action
  • Heavy with a large battery fitted

DEWALT DWMT73801 108-Piece Mechanics Tool Set

by DEWALT

$72.99$159.9954% off
View on Amazon

This 108-piece set is the cheapest Pick here and the safest gift, because it needs no battery and suits someone who owns no DeWalt tools at all. Bob Vila made it the featured deal of its 2025 DeWalt roundup. Owners describe solid ratchets and sockets that sit firmly in the case, enough for car basics, bikes and furniture.

It is a starter set, not a full mechanic's kit, and several owners note that pulling one socket can loosen the ones beside it.

At about $73 it is around $7 under its 90-day average. It sold for under $57 in early March, so this is a modest discount rather than a low.

Pros

  • Needs no battery or charger
  • Solid ratchets and sockets for the money
  • Case holds each piece in place

Cons

  • Pulling one piece can loosen its neighbors
  • A starter set, not a full mechanic's kit

DEWALT 20V MAX DCK1021D2 10-Tool Combo Kit

by DEWALT

$706.45$99929% off
View on Amazon

For a first home or someone starting from zero, this kit puts ten 20V MAX tools in one order: drill, impact driver, circular saw, reciprocating saw, oscillating multi-tool, grinder, wet/dry vac, blower, work light and speaker. Owners describe it as strong value for occasional use.

Heavy users should skip it. Two 2.0Ah batteries are thin for ten tools, and several of them are entry-level models. If you only need to drive screws, the DCK240C2 does that for far less.

At about $706 it is roughly $38 under its 90-day average. It sold for $594 in late June, so Black Friday may bring it lower.

Pros

  • Ten tools, from drill to wet/dry vac
  • Two batteries, charger and two bags
  • Low cost per tool

Cons

  • Two 2.0Ah batteries are thin for ten tools
  • Several tools are entry-level
  • Bulky to store

DEWALT DWS780 12 in. Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw

by DEWALT

$449$66933% off
View on Amazon

The DWS780 is the DeWalt we would buy for a shop or a trim project. Bob Vila tested five DeWalt miter saws, ranked this one best of the group and praised its precision, and Pro Tool Reviews and Concord Carpenter both found it accurate and powerful. The double bevel means you tilt the head both ways instead of flipping the board, which matters on crown molding and trim.

It is corded and weighs about 58 lb, so it lives on a stand rather than in a truck. Dust collection is the other common complaint.

At $449 it is about $180 under its 90-day average. It dropped to $399 in early March, but this is still a large saving against what it has sold for recently.

Pros

  • Precise, repeatable cuts
  • Double bevel, so no flipping the work
  • Powerful 15 amp motor
  • Wide crosscut capacity from the slide

Cons

  • About 58 lb, so it is not very portable
  • Dust collection is a common complaint
  • Corded only
Type

How to choose DeWalt tools this Black Friday

Start from the batteries you already own. If you have no 20V MAX batteries, buy a kit such as the DCK240C2 or the 10-tool set, because bare tools ship without a battery or charger. If you already own packs, bare tools like the DCF845B and DCS391B are the better value.

Match battery size to the tool. Small 1.3Ah and 2.0Ah packs keep drills light, but saws need 5Ah to finish a job. Two DCB205-2 packs make every cordless tool on this page more useful.

Pay for brushless where you work hardest. Brushless motors run longer per charge and wear more slowly. For a weekend drill, brushed is fine; for a driver or saw you use every week, the extra cost pays back.

Ignore the list price. DeWalt's struck-through prices are often numbers few buyers have paid recently. Judge a deal by what the tool sold for over the past 90 days and by its 12-month low, which we quote in every Pick.

Check the seller, especially for batteries. Every Offer here was sold by Amazon when we checked. If a listing switches to a marketplace seller, compare the seller name and return policy before you buy, because counterfeit packs are a real risk.

DeWalt Black Friday FAQ

When do DeWalt Black Friday deals start on Amazon, and do they last through Cyber Monday?

Black Friday is November 27 and Cyber Monday is November 30 this year, but several DeWalt prices were already down when we checked in late October. The DCK240C2 kit, DCS391B circular saw, DCB205-2 batteries and DWS780 miter saw were all well under their 90-day averages. Prices can move either way before Cyber Monday, so each Pick shows when we last checked it.

Is Black Friday the cheapest time of year to buy DeWalt tools?

Not always. Over the past year the DCK240C2 kit was cheapest in late July, the DWS780 miter saw and the 108-piece socket set in early March, and the 10-tool kit in June. The DCF845B impact driver and the DCB205-2 batteries did hit their lows last December, though. Judge a Black Friday price against the 12-month low we quote in each Pick.

Should I buy a DeWalt combo kit or bare tools?

Buy a kit if you own no DeWalt 20V MAX batteries; buy bare tools if you do. A tool-only listing has no battery or charger in the box, so a bare saw is only cheap if you already have packs to run it. Kits like the DCK240C2 bundle two batteries and a charger, which would cost more on their own.

Is a brushless DeWalt tool worth the extra money?

For tools you use often, usually yes. Brushless motors run cooler, get more work from each charge and wear more slowly. The DCK240C2 kit and the DCS391B circular saw are brushed and still do home jobs well; the DCF845B impact driver is brushless and is the one to buy if you drive long fasteners regularly.

Do all DeWalt 20V MAX batteries fit all 20V MAX tools?

Yes. Any 20V MAX battery, including the 5Ah DCB205-2 packs on this page, fits any 20V MAX tool, and FlexVolt batteries fit 20V MAX tools too. Bigger packs run longer but add weight, which you will notice on a drill or impact driver held overhead.

Which DeWalt battery size should I buy?

Pick 5Ah for saws and long jobs, and keep the small packs for drills and drivers. The 1.3Ah and 2.0Ah batteries in the starter kits keep a drill light but run out fast in a circular saw, so a pair of 5Ah packs is the most useful upgrade for a new DeWalt owner.

How do I avoid counterfeit DeWalt batteries on Amazon?

Buy listings sold and shipped by Amazon itself. Owner reports of fake DeWalt batteries center on marketplace sellers, and every battery and tool Offer on this page was sold by Amazon when we checked. Check the seller name on the listing before you buy, and be wary of a 5Ah pack priced far below the rest of the market.

How we chose these dewalt deals

Every deal on this page was selected and checked by Ed Hollinghurst. We start from products with a strong track record in independent reviews and owner feedback, then compare the current Black Friday price against the product's typical selling price over the past months, not just the inflated list price. A deal only makes the cut if the product is genuinely good and the discount is real.
