Ryobi is sold in the US mainly through Home Depot, so its Amazon listings come from third-party sellers, and their prices do not follow Home Depot's Black Friday ad. A month out, one Pick has a clear saving: the P1819 six-tool kit is about $50 under its 90-day average. Most of the rest cost about what they have sold for since summer, and seven of the eight hit their lowest price of the past year in January or February, not last November.
We checked every price against what each Product sold for on Amazon over the past 90 days and its lowest price of the past year, not its list price. Every listing here was sold by a third-party seller when we checked.
Our picks at a glance
8 deals1.Six tools, two batteries and a charger in one box, the most Ryobi for the money. About $50 under its 90-day average right now.
2.A brushless compact drill and impact driver for regular DIY. About $13 under its usual price, but well above its January low.
3.Two 4.0Ah batteries and a charger: the upgrade every Ryobi kit with small packs needs. Not discounted right now.
4.The brushless impact driver to add to a ONE+ kit, and Bob Vila's pick among Ryobi impact drivers. At its usual price right now.
5.A light brushless compact drill with a metal chuck, a battery and a charger. Only a couple of dollars under its usual price.
6.A cordless 3-gallon wet/dry vac that doubles as a blower for car and garage cleanups. Not discounted right now.
7.A battery-powered handheld sprayer and the cheapest way to add a ONE+ tool. About $6 under its 90-day average.
8.A quiet 40V brushless leaf blower sold with its battery and charger. Above its usual price now; it sold for $249 in September.

RYOBI ONE+ 18V 6-Tool Combo Kit (P1819)
by RYOBI
The P1819 is the Ryobi we would buy for a first toolbox or give as a gift. One bag holds a drill/driver, an impact driver, a circular saw, a reciprocating saw, an oscillating multi-tool and a work light, plus a 4.0Ah battery, a 1.5Ah battery and a charger. Several deals roundups, including ofzenandcomputing's Amazon list, put it first for value per tool, and owners rate it 4.7 stars on Amazon.
The motors are brushed, so it suits weekend projects rather than daily trade work, and the small 1.5Ah pack drains quickly in the saws. If you mostly drill and drive, the brushless PSBCK01K below is the better long-term buy.
At just under $295 from a third-party seller, it is about $50 under its 90-day average, the clearest saving on this page. It did fall to $235 in late January, so this is a fair price rather than the year's best.
Pros
- +Drill, impact driver, two saws, a multi-tool and a work light
- +Includes a 4.0Ah battery, a 1.5Ah battery and a charger
- +Rated 4.7 stars across more than 2,000 Amazon reviews
- +Every tool runs on any ONE+ 18V battery

- −No independent lab test of the kit as a whole
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+
- Motor
- Brushed

RYOBI ONE+ HP Brushless Compact Drill and Impact Driver Kit (PSBCK01K)
by RYOBI
If you only need to drill holes and drive screws, this two-tool kit is the better buy. Both tools are brushless, the compact drill still takes a 1/2 in. bit, and Pro Tool Reviews found the impact driver weighs under 3 lb with its battery. Its reviewers judged the kit suited to DIY and light professional work.
The two 1.5Ah packs keep the weight down but run out on long jobs; the PSK006 battery kit below fixes that.
At about $204 from a third-party seller, it sits roughly $13 under its 90-day average but well above the $158 it reached in late January. Bob Vila's roundup of last year's Home Depot Black Friday sale led with this kit, so compare the two stores before you buy.
Pros
- +Brushless motors in both tools
- +Full 1/2 in. chuck on a compact drill
- +Impact driver weighs under 3 lb with its battery
- +Ryobi rates the drill at 400 in-lb and the impact driver at 1,700 in-lb
Cons
- −Two 1.5Ah packs run down on long jobs
- −No saws or other tools, unlike the P1819
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+ HP
- Motor
- Brushless

RYOBI ONE+ 18V 4.0Ah Battery 2-Pack and Charger Kit (PSK006)
by RYOBI
Most Ryobi kits ship with small 1.5Ah batteries, and this is the fix: two 4.0Ah packs and a charger. Ryobi rates each 4.0Ah pack for up to three times the runtime of a 1.5Ah pack, which matters most in saws and the wet/dry vac. It also turns any bare tool on this page, such as the impact driver, sprayer or vacuum, into a complete gift for someone new to ONE+.
For light tools, the bigger packs add weight you do not need. If you already own a charger, the batteries-only PBP2005 2-pack is the alternative.
This is not a deal right now. At about $132 from a third-party seller, it costs a few dollars more than its 90-day average, and it sold for under $100 in early January.
Pros
- +Two 4.0Ah packs, rated by Ryobi for up to 3x the runtime of a 1.5Ah pack
- +Fits every ONE+ 18V tool, old and new
- +Includes the charger a bare-tool gift needs
- +Rated 4.7 stars across more than 2,800 Amazon reviews
Cons
- −Heavier than the 1.5Ah packs in most kits
- −More capacity than light tools like a sprayer need
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+
- Motor
- None
- Batteries included
- Two 4.0Ah
- Charger included
- Yes
- Tools in the box

#4
RYOBI ONE+ HP Brushless 4-Mode Impact Driver (PBLID02B)
by RYOBI
An impact driver is the tool most ONE+ owners add after their first drill, and this is the one we would choose. Pro Tool Reviews scored it 8.9 out of 10 and found it 4 oz lighter and slightly faster than the P238 it replaced, at 2.3 lb without a battery. Bob Vila named it the best Ryobi impact driver after it drove a 3 in. lag bolt quickly.
It is a bare tool, so it only makes sense for someone who already has ONE+ batteries. Bob Vila also found its auto mode jerky.
At about $90 from a third-party seller, it costs about what it has averaged over the past 90 days, so this is not a deal yet. It fell to $55 in early February.
Pros
- +Brushless and 2.3 lb without a battery
- +Four drive modes
- +Die-cast gear case
- +Scored 8.9 out of 10 by Pro Tool Reviews
Cons
- −Battery and charger sold separately
- −Auto mode is jerky and hard to control
- −Dropped the magnetic foot plate of the P238 it replaced
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+ HP
- Motor
- Brushless
- Batteries included
- None (tool only)
- Charger included
- No

RYOBI ONE+ HP Compact Brushless 1/2 in. Drill/Driver Kit
by RYOBI
Bob Vila tested nine Ryobi drills and named this compact brushless model the best compact pick: lighter and better balanced than Ryobi's full-size 1/2 in. drills, with results on par with them. It has a metal chuck, where Bob Vila's overall pick, the brushed PCL206K1, uses plastic. Buy it if you want one good drill to start on ONE+, or a lighter second drill.
Skip it if you also want an impact driver; the PSBCK01K kit includes both. The Amazon listing says it comes with a battery and charger but does not give the battery's capacity.
At about $121 from a third-party seller, it is only a couple of dollars under its 90-day average. It sold for $86 in mid-February.
Pros
- +Lighter and better balanced than Ryobi's full-size drills
- +Metal 1/2 in. chuck
- +Brushless motor
- +Comes with a battery and charger
Cons
- −Drill only, with no impact driver
- −A single battery means stopping to recharge on longer jobs
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+ HP
- Motor
- Brushless
- Batteries included
- One (capacity not listed)
- Charger included
- Yes

RYOBI ONE+ 18V 3 Gal. Project Wet/Dry Vacuum and Blower (P3240)
by RYOBI
The P3240 is a 3-gallon wet/dry vac that also works as a blower, sized for car interiors, garage spills and sawdust after a project. Pro Tool Reviews gave it 8.5 out of 10 for build and 9.0 for features, and noted it weighs under 10 lb. Tools in Action found it good for quick cleanups but no replacement for a corded shop vac. One owner reports about 12 minutes from a small battery, so run it on a 4.0Ah pack.
This is not a deal. A third-party seller wants just under $200 for the bare tool, a few dollars over its 90-day average, and it sold for $150 in early January. Ryobi's newer PCL734B vac is also on Amazon, but we found no independent test of it.
Pros
- +Converts to a blower
- +Weighs under 10 lb
- +Onboard accessory storage
- +Handles wet spills as well as dust
Cons
- −About 12 minutes of runtime on a small battery, by one owner's count
- −No substitute for a corded shop vac
- −Battery and charger sold separately
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+
- Motor
- Not stated
- Batteries included
- None (tool only)

RYOBI ONE+ 18V Cordless Handheld Sprayer (PSP01B)
by RYOBI
The cheapest Pick here is a battery-powered handheld sprayer for weed killer, garden treatments and cleaning solutions, and it spares you the hand pumping a manual sprayer needs. It runs on the same batteries as every 18V Pick on this page, which makes it an easy add-on for anyone who owns a ONE+ kit.
Our evidence is thinner here than for the other Picks. We found no independent test, and its 3.9-star owner rating across more than 800 Amazon reviews is the lowest on this page. We would have chosen Ryobi's P737D tire inflator for this spot, but Amazon had no new unit for sale when we checked.
At about $33 from a third-party seller, it is about $6 under its 90-day average. It sold for $20 in early January.
Pros
- +Battery-driven pump, so no hand pumping
- +Shares batteries with every 18V Pick here
- +Small enough to carry around a yard one-handed
Cons
- −3.9-star owner rating, the lowest of our Picks
- −No independent test we could find
- −Battery and charger sold separately
- Battery system
- 18V ONE+
- Motor
- Not stated
- Batteries included
- None (tool only)
- Charger included
- No

RYOBI 40V HP Brushless Whisper Series Leaf Blower Kit (RY404130)
by RYOBI
For a yard with trees, this is the Ryobi blower we would buy. It belongs to Ryobi's Whisper Series, which ToolGuyd called the quietest cordless blowers its reviewer had used, with the 40V model only a little louder than the 18V one. Pro Tool Reviews measured 72 dB on high from a larger 730 CFM sibling. This model is rated at 155 mph and 600 CFM, and the kit includes a 4.0Ah battery and a charger.
It runs on Ryobi's 40V system, so its battery fits none of the 18V Picks above. Ryobi quotes up to 22 minutes per charge, less on full power, so large lots need a second battery.
This is not a deal right now. At about $330 from a third-party seller, it costs about $14 more than its 90-day average, and it sold for $249 in mid-September.
Pros
- +ToolGuyd called Whisper Series blowers the quietest cordless ones it had used
- +Rated at 155 mph and 600 CFM
- +Includes a 4.0Ah battery and charger
- +Ryobi claims more power than a 26cc gas blower
Cons
- −Up to about 22 minutes per charge, less on full power
- −40V batteries do not fit 18V ONE+ tools
- −Bulkier than compact 18V blowers
- Battery system
- 40V HP
- Motor
- Brushless
- Batteries included
- One 4.0Ah
- Charger included
- Yes

How to choose Ryobi tools this Black Friday
Buy a kit first and bare tools second. A bare tool comes with no battery or charger, so it only helps someone who already owns ONE+ batteries. For a first Ryobi, start with the P1819 or the PSBCK01K, then add the impact driver, vac or sprayer later.
Decide between ONE+ and ONE+ HP. HP tools have brushless motors that deliver more power and run longer per charge, and they cost more. For hanging shelves and assembling furniture, the brushed P1819 is enough; for decks, fences and regular projects, the HP tools are worth the extra.
Look at the batteries, not only the tools. Kits usually include 1.5Ah packs, which are light but drain fast in saws and vacuums. Ryobi rates a 4.0Ah pack for up to three times the runtime, and every ONE+ battery fits every ONE+ tool.
Treat 40V as a separate family. Ryobi's 40V outdoor tools, including the Whisper blower, use their own batteries and chargers. Buying one does not add anything to your 18V collection.
Ignore the list price and check the seller. The struck-through price on a card is often a number few buyers have paid. Judge a deal by the 90-day average and 12-month low quoted in each Pick. Every listing here was sold by a third-party seller when we checked, so confirm the seller and the return window on your order, and skip any listing titled "Fits For RYOBI", "Renewed" or "Bulk Packaged".
How we chose these ryobi deals
Every deal on this page was selected and checked by Ed Hollinghurst. We start from products with a strong track record in independent reviews and owner feedback, then compare the current Black Friday price against the product's typical selling price over the past months, not just the inflated list price. A deal only makes the cut if the product is genuinely good and the discount is real.
